Before... the existing damp building

We are frequently asked to remove existing buildings that are
either no longer useable, safe or wanted.

This project on a listed building in Sawtry transformed a damp
outhouse into a bright and cheerful room.

After... the Heritage Conservatories replacement

This conservatory benefited from the use of a loadbearing " boxgutter"
to bring the conservatory roof away from the thatching.

Some people think that they cannot have a conservatory due to
the lack of an obviously accessible site.

This project in Saffron Walden required the creation of a staircase from the upstairs kitchen into the conservatory for access (The downstairs window is in the basement). (more info...).
